VigorCare Pediatric Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and printer issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Set up new user accounts and manage access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues.
- Assist with software and hardware upgrades and installations.
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
