Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for end users and business systems (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 support
- Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, permissions, and Group Policy
- Support DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and authentication services
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, routing, switching)
- Support remote connectivity tools including RDP and VPN solutions
- Assist with virtualization environments (Hyper-V / VMware)
- Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
- Perform workstation imaging, deployment, and endpoint troubleshooting
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers when needed
- Document issues, resolutions, and system changes accurately in ticketing systems
- Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and authentication issues
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V or VMware)
- Experience supporting remote users and hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
