Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and disciplined individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Financial Consultants in a fully remote environment.
This is not a passive or casual opportunity. It is designed for individuals who are committed to professional growth, willing to be coached, and prepared to follow a structured process.
Through our training program, you will develop the ability to evaluate financial situations, guide individuals and families through goal-setting conversations, and assist in building customized financial strategies across areas such as debt management, retirement planning, wealth preservation and accumulation.

Key Responsibilities
Complete onboarding training and ongoing development requirements
Participate in and prepare for scheduled weekly training sessions
Shadow client meetings, financial reviews, and presentations
Analyze client financial information and identify appropriate strategies
Educate clients on financial concepts and available solutions
Maintain compliance with licensing, legal, and ethical standards
Build and maintain professional client relationships
Track activity and follow through on assigned action steps
Minimum Qualifications (Please Read Carefully)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside in the United States
Valid U.S. Driver’s License or State ID required
Must be willing to undergo a background check
Willingness to obtain required state licenses (Life and Health)
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
Basic proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and technology
Non-Negotiable Expectations
To be successful in this role, you must:
Commit to approximately 10–15 hours per week minimum
Attend weekly training sessions consistently (Under "Work Schedule & Training")
Follow a structured onboarding and development process
Be responsive to communication and coaching
Take ownership of your schedule and productivity
Preferred Experience
Background in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles
Experience working in performance-based or goal-oriented environments (Not required, but helpful)
Work Schedule & Training
This position offers flexibility, but not a lack of structure.
Weekly training sessions:
Tuesdays: 8:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM PST
Saturdays: 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST
Consistent attendance is expected for those serious about growth and advancement.
Additional Information
This opportunity can be pursued part-time alongside current employment. However, successful individuals treat this as a professional commitment, not a hobby.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
