Business level determines work load. Must be flexible in ability to handle high paced situations and find ways to benefit the team during the slow times. Your adaptability will determine whether you are PART TIME or FULL TIME. Your experience will determine your pay.

- Daily cleaning
•Knowledge of operating standard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently
- Creativity for daily specials
- Nobody is above doing dishes
- Ability to organize is a must
