Your Impact
As a Social Worker or Professsional Counselor:
You will manage a dedicated caseload, conducting clinical assessments and providing evidence-based therapy. You will maintain autonomy over your treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the mental health of the Niles community.
Requirements
- Active Michigan licensure (LPC or LMSW) or fully license-eligible.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 clients weekly.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- A compassionate, evidence-based approach to patient care.
