Type of Position: Full Time – Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Flexible
Compensation: $16 - $40 per hour DOE
Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Uniforms and Safety Shoes, Bonus Plan
Position Overview:
· Routine maintenance on trucks, trailers, and farm equipment
· Diagnose and complete repairs needed with diesel engines, gas engines, suspension systems, hydraulics, wiring, heating/cooling systems, etc.
· Complete records of work completed in shop software
· Maintain a safe working environment
· On the job training available for advancement opportunities
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
· Knowledge of engines, suspension systems, transmissions, wiring diagrams, computer diagnostics, heating/ac systems, etc.
· Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
