We are seeking a maintenance technician to join our team!
You will be responsible for:
- Arranging routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities.
- Organizing repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Assisting in other areas of the hotel as needed.
- Ensuring all construction projects are completed to company standards.
- Unloading, loading and distributing construction materials.
- Putting together and taking apart temporary structures.
- Safely operating a variety of tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, etc.
Requirements for this position include:
- Proven experience in construction or maintenance.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer, HVAC systems.
- At least 1 year of related general repair or construction experience preferred.
- Must be able walk, stand, climb, kneel, reach, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 140 pounds with assistance.
- Must be comfortable climbing up tall ladders and working at elevated levels.
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.

Salary: $17/hour
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
