Job Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical functions of the College's recruitment office in support of undergraduate, graduate, transfer, and retention initiatives. Working closely with the Executive Director of Recruitment and Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment, this position coordinates recruitment events, manages recruitment systems and communications, maintains recruitment records, and provides operational support that ensures the efficient execution of the College's enrollment strategies. The Recruitment Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students and campus partners while supporting a welcoming, organized, and responsive recruitment experience.
This is a hybrid position, working in person 3 times a week.
Essential Functions
Coordinate the planning and execution of recruitment events, including open houses, admitted student programs, graduate information sessions, campus visits, virtual events, college fairs, and other enrollment activities.
Coordinate recruitment office operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, purchasing, vendor coordination, recruitment materials, inventory management, shipping, and event logistics.
Maintain recruitment records within CRM and student information systems; manage inquiry routing, update prospect records, generate routine reports, and support communication workflows to ensure accurate recruitment data.
Coordinate prospective student and family visits by scheduling appointments, arranging faculty meetings, coordinating tours, preparing itineraries, and ensuring a positive visitor experience.
Coordinate recruitment communications, event registration, mailings, promotional materials, and follow-up activities in collaboration with the recruitment team and campus partners.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Recruitment and Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment, including meeting coordination, document preparation, purchasing, expense reconciliation, and special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. (Please review the Equivalency Chart for additional information.)
Minimum of 1 of experience in administrative support, customer service, admissions, recruitment, marketing, event coordination, or higher education.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work evenings and weekends throughout the year.
Ability to travel regionally a few times a year as needed to represent the College at events.
Preferred Qualifications
CRM/database proficiency.
Event coordination experience.

Additional Information
This position is classified as Exempt, grade I. Compensation for this grade ranges from $45,330 - $68,000 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position will vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
