We intentionally built a practice that allows therapists to focus on clinical work while feeling genuinely supported.
THE ROLE
We are seeking licensed therapists who want to focus on clinical work without the administrative burden that often comes with private practice. This is a hybrid position, with the option to provide some sessions via telehealth.
You will have the flexibility to build a schedule that works for your life while practicing in a collaborative, well-supported setting.
COMPENSATION
- Fully licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PSYD, PHD):
- Typical annual earnings range from $90,000 to $108,000, depending on credentials and number of sessions per week.
- We offer a generous fee split that scales with your workload.
- Provisionally licensed clinicians (LPC, LSW):
- Paid $50 per clinical hour, with typical annual earnings around $60,000 depending on session volume.
- These estimates are based on approximately 25 sessions per week with four weeks off per year. Actual earnings vary based on how many sessions you choose to see per week and how many weeks you work per year.
SCHEDULE AND FLEXIBILITY
- Very flexible scheduling
- Some evening availability expected
- Weekends are optional, not mandatory
- Hybrid model: in-person and telehealth
- Full-time and part-time options available
CLINICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Ongoing clinical support available at all times
- No billing or marketing responsibilities
- Experienced billing team with strong collection rates
- Supportive administrative staff
- Opportunity to speak with current clinicians before accepting an offer
- You focus on your clients and documentation. We handle the rest.
