Now Hiring- Full Time, Roadside Assistance Dispatcher
Am/Pm Towing Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized and hardworking Full-Time Dispatcher to join our team!
Location: 1985 N 2800 W, Provo, Utah 84601
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Pay: 3000.00/month
Full Time-No weekends
DAILY RESPONSIBILITES
- Answering incoming customer calls and manually enter service calls
- Dispatch AAA roadside assistance calls to drivers
- Contact AAA members to verify vehicle and service information
- Bill the correct customer and process payments over the phone
- Process out-of-pocket/coverage payments when needed
- Accept customer payments in person
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day and help keep calls moving smoothly
- Work with other dispatchers to keep daily operations organized
- Handle multiple calls, customers, drivers, and tasks while maintaining accuracy
OCCASIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE & YARD RESPONSIBILITIES
These duties are not daily but are part of keeping our operation organized and compliant
- Document vehicles entering the yard through the appropriate state system
- Monitor abandoned-vehicle timelines and communicate with junkyards when appropriate.
- Document customer/Property retrievals from vehicles in the yard
- Prepare photos and work orders for private impounds for state title processing
- Assist new drivers with required certifications and compliance
- Complete other administrative tasks as needed.
This is primarily a dispatch and customer service position, Yard, impound and compliance duties are occasional and will very on business needs.

- Comfortable using a computer and learning new programs - (Very easy to learn)
- Willing to learn our rules and procedures and the towing/AAA industry
Previous dispatch, towing, roadside assistance, or office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
