Fulfillment AssociatePosition Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and takes pride in ensuring every order is prepared correctly and shipped on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Print and apply shipping labels.
- Prepare packages for daily carrier pickups.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Restock shelves and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and packing area.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shipping issues to management.
- Assist with assembling gift sets, promotional bundles, or special packaging as needed.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with platforms such as: ShipStation, Shopify, TikTok, Stamps and UPS.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping procedures.
- Strong time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
