Summary
Our Company is in need of CNC Machinist’s on our 2nd shift as our business continues to grow and we look to grow our 2nd shift manufacturing operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathe, while also understanding machining centers, lathes, and other equipment to produce parts to tight tolerances within .001.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Set-up and operate machines to manufacture parts to meet engineering blueprints.
- Work closely with CNC programmer to ensure that programs manufacture parts that meet drawing specifications.
- Operation of one or more CNC machines under the direction of supervisors.
- Load programs and perform simple edits as needed.
- 2nd shift hours: Monday-Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am with overtime as required ($1.00 per hour shift premium on top of base pay for working on 2nd shift!)
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma (Preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience operating CNC and/or equivalent machinery
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering requirements
- Ability to use inspection measuring devices
- Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods, and move about the facility
- Need to be well-organized and able to self-manage on tasks to completion
- Experience programming at machine is a plus
