Seeking Skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our Team
Duties shall include but not be limited to:
1. Operation of various tracked and wheeled excavators, loaders and rollers
2. Pre and post inspection of equipment, maintaining documentation of inspection
3. Inspection of the work area for clearance from existing utilities and / or structures
4. Be responsible for the fueling and minor operator-level maintenance of equipment (such as greasing & cleaning, filling of fluids, etc.)
5. Clearly communicate to Foremen and Superintendents regarding issues with equipment, or the work
6. Filling of on-board water tank(s) as applicable
At a minimum, qualifications shall include but not be limited to:
1. Possession of a valid Class C Nevada Drivers License
2. 3-5 years of heavy equipment operation experience in the role hired for
3. OSHA 10 certification
Compensation shall be determined by demonstrated equipment expertise, and classification(s) of equipment the candidate is qualified to operate.
Position may be dispatched away from the Reno area for multiple weeks at a time.
Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
