RFT Detail Cleaning LLC is looking for reliable independent contractors to help with post construction cleaning projects throughout the DFW area.
This is project based 1099 contract work. There is no set weekly schedule or guaranteed number of hours. Construction schedules can change, so some projects may be offered on short notice.
Pay: Estimated equivalent of $20 to $30 per hour depending on the project, experience and scope. Compensation will be agreed upon before each project.
Work may include:
- Removing construction dust and debris
- Cleaning windows and glass
- Wiping cabinets, fixtures, doors and surfaces
- Cleaning restrooms and kitchens
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Detailed final and touch up cleaning
What I'm looking for:
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and able to meet agreed deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Post construction or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Able to perform physical cleaning work and lift cleaning equipment and supplies
When a project becomes available, you'll be given the location, scope, expected completion time and compensation. You can accept or decline projects based on your availability.
Contractors are free to work for other companies and clients.
A completed W 9 will be required before beginning work.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
