Requirements:
- Medical experience in a medical setting preferred
- Medical License
- COVID –19 Vaccination approved exemption status
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors patients by greeting them on arrival
- Schedules and pays appointments for patients with primary physician or physician referral.
- Responsible for answering phones in a professional manner including responding to a high volume of calls per day
- Schedules and obtains appointments for new patients
- Manages all incoming calls to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensures all phone and text messages are processed in a timely manner consistent with expectations.
