We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note: The first 2–4 weeks of paid training will take place at our dealership in Lakewood, NY. After training is complete, this position will be based full-time in Bradford, PA.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and schedule service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
- Work closely with the service advisors and management team to maximize appointment retention.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
- Previous customer service, call center, BDC, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
