Schedule: Monday through Friday. From 7:00am to 5:00pm, hours & days can vary based upon Owner/GC requirements and workload.

Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified talent.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.

Manage employee relations, handle workplace investigations, and resolve conflicts effectively.

Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters.

Maintain and ensure accuracy of HR records and documentation.

Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws.

Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years of progressive experience in HR management or a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.

Experience working in a similar industry or organization size.
