We are seeking a skilled and dependable Window & Door Installer to join our growing team in Middleton, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience installing residential windows and doors, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install replacement and new-construction windows and exterior doors
- Perform trim work, flashing, insulation, and weatherproofing
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and job-site equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow company safety procedures and building code requirements
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing windows, entry doors, patio doors, or similar residential construction products preferred
- Experienced carpentry and finish carpentry work
- Ability to read measurements accurately and use common construction tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- OSHA certification a plus, but not required
