In this role, you'll work closely with our doctors to deliver exceptional patient care while helping ensure our clinical schedule runs smoothly and efficiently. Previous dental assisting experience is preferred, and experience in endodontics is a plus—but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
What You'll Do:
- Assist the doctors during endodontic procedures with efficient chairside support
- Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and properly clean and reset operatories afterward
- Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with infection control and OSHA standards
- Accurately document patient information, treatment notes, and clinical records
- Explain treatment instructions and provide patients with compassionate education before and after procedures
- Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and other office responsibilities as needed
- Work collaboratively with teammates to provide an outstanding patient experience
