Position Summary
The Full-Time Barista serves as one of the primary faces of Waypoint Coffee & Cream. This role requires a dependable individual who is committed to consistency, cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional hospitality.
You will prepare beverages and food, assist guests, maintain a clean café, and work alongside fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude.
- Learn and prepare all menu items according to company standards.
- Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.
- Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods.
- Restock products and supplies throughout the shift.
- Keep dining areas, counters, and equipment clean and organized.
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory deliveries.
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Handle cash and operate the Kinetic POS system responsibly.
- Work cooperatively with coworkers to accomplish daily goals.
- Help maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for both guests and employees.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Reliable transportation.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
