Full-Time Day Shift
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Full-Time Night Shift
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00–$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Additional Pay
+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Provide exceptional nursing care while ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and safety
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with resident assessments and individualized care planning
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the Registered Nurse and healthcare team
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations
Current Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and observational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
