Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and professionally.
- Guide guests through menu selections.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized section.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams.
- Create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
