What You'll Do:
- Lead and support team during shifts
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Coach team members and set the tone for the shift
- Communicate with management and help solve problems
- Open and/or the store when scheduled
What We're Looking For:
- Previous team lead or shift experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Comfortable leading a team and making decisions
- Ability to work in fast pace environment
