Why You’ll Love This Role
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Wholesale Sales Manager, playing a key role in expanding our dealer network and driving sales momentum. Every day brings variety — from proactive outreach and relationship building to supporting orders and market insights — all while being part of a team that’s passionate about electric powersports.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Outreach & Relationship Building: Make proactive outbound calls (including cold calling) to potential and existing dealers to build strong relationships, introduce new products, share promotions, and create sales opportunities.
- Dealer Support: Assist the Wholesale Sales Manager with managing dealer accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring dealers have up-to-date product information, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Order Processing: Assist in processing wholesale orders with accuracy in quantities, pricing, and shipping details. Follow up on fulfillment and delivery.
- Sales Administration: Maintain detailed records of dealer sales, inventory levels, and shipments. Support sales data tracking and performance reporting.
- Communication: Respond promptly to dealer inquiries and proactively communicate via phone, email, and newsletters to provide timely information on products, promotions, and order status. Help resolve issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Sales Strategy Support: Help execute sales strategies, promotions, and dealer incentives. Assist in organizing outreach campaigns to grow the dealer base.
- Market Research: Research competitor products, pricing, and promotions to keep Rawrr competitive.
- Documentation: Keep contracts, pricing lists, dealer agreements, and other wholesale documents organized and current.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our exciting product lineup (72V Mantis, Mantis X, Mini, and more) to confidently answer technical questions.
- Sales Event Support: Help prepare materials for trade shows, dealer events, and expos.
- Reporting: Generate sales reports and track key performance indicators to support decision-making.
What You Bring to the Team
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (wholesale/B2B preferred).
- Comfort making outbound calls and building relationships over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
- Genuine interest in electric dirt bikes or strong willingness to learn product details.
- Team-player mindset with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (verbal and written).
Desired Skills (A Big Plus!)
- Experience in powersports, electric vehicles, or wholesale/distribution.
- Proven success with outbound calling or sales development.
- Knowledge of sales tools and techniques for growing dealer networks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
