What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our Care Team, you'll help make Gardens Care feel like home for our residents.
Your day may include:
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Encouraging independence while providing compassionate support
- Passing medications for Certified Medication Technicians
- Observing residents and communicating changes to the nursing team
- Helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Joining in on activities, conversations, celebrations, and those little moments that make someone's day
- Building relationships and getting to know the people you care for
- Bringing a positive attitude and a smile—even on the busy days!

Qualifications
- Arizona Caregiver Certification
- Basic computer skills
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Dementia Training Certification
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- TB Test
- Food Handler's Card

Flexible Shifts Available
Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Day: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
