Position Responsibilities
As an In-Home/Residential Caregiver, you will:
- Provide direct care and supervision in a structured, home-like environment.
- Support daily living skills, personal care needs, routines, and community participation.
- Assist individuals with emotional, behavioral, and developmental support needs.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive living environment.
- Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
- Support consistency, dignity, independence, and quality of life for the individuals we serve.
- Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Our Programs Include
- 2 Residential Child Care Facilities (RCCF)
- 8 Adult Personal Care Alternative (PCA) Group Homes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving, direct care, or human services experience (written reference required).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must meet all applicable Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) qualifications and licensing requirements for the position, including any state-mandated minimum age requirements.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to pass FBI background screening and drug screening.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
