In addition to fine jewelry sales, you'll assist with custom design projects, handle office tasks such as filing and customer follow-ups, and help maintain the store’s beautiful presentation. You will also receive hands-on training in jewelry repair knowledge and custom job intake, as well as watch batteries and band adjustments, expanding your skill set even further.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Work Schedule: When Fully Staffed -Four-day workweeks with 10+ hour shifts
- Shifts: Tuesday through Saturday (Closed Sundays & Mondays)
- Location: Round Rock, Texas
- Compensation: Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities
Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Fine Jewelry Sales & Custom Design Specialist, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service in fine jewelry sales, repairs, and custom design consultations
- Help customers visualize, design, and select custom jewelry pieces alongside our jeweler
- Confidently sell fine jewelry, bridal, and custom pieces by understanding customer needs and guiding them through the process
- Learn to properly intake repair jobs and custom projects, gathering accurate details and setting clear expectations for customers
- Work closely with our tight-knit team to deliver a memorable, high-end shopping experience
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in both sales and design-related tasks
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Handle office tasks including filing, order tracking, and customer communication
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming showroom
- Learn and perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A passion for jewelry and design (experience in fine jewelry sales is a plus, but not required)
- An interest in learning jewelry repair processes and custom job intake
- A creative eye and enthusiasm for custom jewelry design
- Strong sales instincts and the ability to build trust with customers
- A friendly, customer-first attitude
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking role
