Receiving Clerk — Altitude Aero

Altitude Aero is a growing global provider of Used Serviceable Material (USM), specializing in Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) and related components based in Tampa, FL. We're looking for a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team and help keep our inventory operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Receive incoming shipments of aviation parts and components, verifying quantities, part numbers, and condition against matching documentation
- Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and flag issues immediately
- Log and process trace documentation (8130s, certs of conformance, etc.) required for aviation parts
- Enter and update inventory records in our inventory management system (AvSight)
- Tag, label, and stage parts for proper warehouse placement per approved location codes
- Coordinate with purchasing, repairs and warehouse staff to resolve receiving discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles (aviation or aerospace parts experience a big plus)
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and data entry; AvSight or similar inventory software experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail! - accuracy matters when parts have serial numbers, trace docs, and airworthiness records attached
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
