Overview:
- This position includes answering incoming calls about basic product info, design, installation, and start-up procedures as well as troubleshooting for HVAC contractors and Johnstone employees.
- Other responsibilities will include coordinating job-site visits with customers to provide technical advice, support, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years’ HVAC experience with residential and commercial applications, including ductless systems.
- NATE Certified preferred
- Valid driver’s license required, as there will be travel to job sites.
- Compensation dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
