Bartender – Norby's Pub
Location: Clayton, Illinois
Norby's Pub is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic bartender to join our team! If you enjoy providing excellent customer service in a welcoming neighborhood pub, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Verify customer identification and serve alcohol responsibly
- Handle cash and operate the POS system
- Work as part of a team to create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere
- Follow all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must meet Illinois legal requirements to serve alcohol
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
