As we expand into San Mateo, we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and patient-focused Aesthetic Consultant to become one of the founding members of our new location.
Position Summary
The Aesthetic Consultant is responsible for guiding prospective and existing patients through their aesthetic journey. This individual will educate patients, create customized treatment plans, present pricing and financing options, and build long-term relationships that lead to exceptional patient outcomes and clinic growth.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a luxury concierge experience.
- Conduct in-depth aesthetic consultations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with providers.
- Educate patients on injectables, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and wellness services.
- Present treatment recommendations, pricing, memberships, and financing options.
- Convert consultations into booked treatments and treatment packages.
- Follow up with leads and consultation inquiries.
- Rebook patients and encourage long-term treatment plans.
- Recommend professional skincare products.
- Coordinate provider schedules to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system.
- Work closely with providers to achieve clinic revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
- Strong sales and consultation experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for aesthetics and wellness.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
- Experience with BLVD, Aesthetic Record, Zenoti, or similar software is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is highly preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
