What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments, process payments, and manage medical records with accuracy
- Educate clients about services, treatment plans, and wellness care
- Support our medical team by ensuring a seamless front-desk experience
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive and efficient workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with basic computer programs and phone systems
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Previous veterinary or animal care experience is a plus, but not required
