Position Overview
The Driver / Helper plays a vital support role for our landscape crews, assisting with daily field operations and ensuring jobs run smoothly. This position supports crew members by transporting teams to job sites, helping with manual landscape tasks, loading and unloading equipment, and keeping job sites clean and organized.

What You’ll Do Transportation & Crew Support
- Safely drive crew members to and from job sites
- Operate vehicles with trailers, including goose neck, bumper pull, dump, and flatbed trailers
Field Support
- Assist crew members with daily landscape tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, digging, and site clean-up
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
Equipment & Shop Support
- Assist with basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization of tools, equipment, and shop areas
- Report equipment or material issues promptly to supervisors
Safety & Procedures
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Handle tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly
- Help maintain a safe working environment at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Must have Commercial Landscaping experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to safely drive vehicles with trailers (goose neck, bumper pull, dump, or flatbed)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
