- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- IHG or Opera experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation/valid driver’s license
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Duties include: Providing 100% satisfaction to all of our guests with a positive, helpful attitude and energetic personality. Checking in and out guests, taking reservations, interacting with guests over the phone and in the lobby, answering any questions guests may have about the hotel, area, accommodations, etc. Ensuring guest registry paperwork is in sync with the Property management system, etc.
- Requirements: Great customer service skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with a PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Ability to communicate with guests, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner. Professional demeanor and Appearance. Please reply with your resume and references.
