We are looking for an experienced, CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT (please do not apply if you are not a CMA), reliable, detail-oriented front and back office Medical Assistant who can confidently manage both front and back office responsibilities in a boutique, luxury aesthetic setting. Must have an upbeat, positive attitude and an understanding of what it takes to work in a boutique, concierge style medical spa. Must possess superb customer service skills & bedside manner at all times even during stressful or difficult situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Duties:
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
- Answering phone calls, texts, and client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handling sensitive client information with accuracy and confidentiality
- Trained in proper HIPAA compliance
- Processing payments correctly and without errors
- Managing client check-in/check-out experience
Back Office Duties:
- Drawing blood via butterfly needle proficiently
- Rooming patients and preparing them for treatment
- Assisting provider with room turnover between clients
- Performing light cleaning and maintaining a clean, organized environment
- Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels
- Assisting with follow-up calls and client communication
- Creating and documenting consultation summaries (scribing experience is a plus)
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant experience (preferred, especially in aesthetics or medical spa setting)
- HIPAA trained/certified
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
