Job Overview
TLC Garden Centers is hiring seasonal employees for immediate work thru June 30th. Duties involve
planting and watering trees and shrubs; this is labor intensive work. Must be able to be outside for
multiple hours. Spanish speaking is a plus. Compensation is $15.00 an hour plus overtime, 5-6 days a
week schedule Continued employment option after the season for those who exhibit reliability and excel

Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to withstand extreme temperatures
- Must be able to take direction from foreperson
Other Duties may include, but not limited to the following
- Assisting other co-workers as needed
- Unloading trucks as needed

- Dependability and Punctuality during scheduled work time
- Works efficiently and well with other co-workers
- Bending, stooping, and standing for long periods of time
