What You’ll Do

Lead daily plant operations and production crews

Manage equipment utilization and maintenance planning

Drive safety, quality and production performance

Troubleshoot operational challenges and keep projects on track

Build and develop high-performing teams
Requirements:
- Leadership experince in aggregates, mining, dredging, or heavy industry

Strong mechanical aptitude

Knowledge of MSHA and safety-focused operations

Ability to make decisions and drive results
