Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and/or families, helping them navigate mental health challenges and improve overall well-being. This position offers flexibility with in-person and telehealth work options.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions.
- Conduct assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for client care.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent).
- Experience working with diverse populations and mental health concerns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) for documentation.
