Position Title: Electrical Superintendent

Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities:

Lead field personnel, managing crews of 10-25+ individuals

Oversee foremen, electricians, apprentices, and helpers

Coordinate safety, quality, and logistics teams

Manage daily reports, timekeeping, and safety logs

Plan and execute construction based on estimates

Coordinate material ordering and fabrication
-
Ensure compliance with electrical installations in data centers

Conduct on-site meetings and provide production oversight
Electrical Superintendent Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of superintendent experience
-
Electrical construction background
-
Experience running crews of 10-25+

Experience on jobs valued at $500k and higher

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)

Valid driver’s license

Willingness to work long hours

OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred

Data center experience is preferred

Industrial electrical construction experience is preferred

An apprenticeship background is preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred

Experience managing multiple superintendents is preferred

Experience with high-dollar value projects ($2MM-$5MM) is preferred
