Overview
Construction Equipment dealer in Ontario is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department team. This role is essential in managing warranty claims and facilitating smooth communication between vendors, and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret warranty policies and insurance coverage to determine claim eligibility
- Process warranty claims accurately and timely
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty claims, correspondence, and supporting documentation in organized filing systems
- Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with regulatory standards
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation related to claims processing and regulatory compliance
- Utilize dealer software for data entry, tracking claim statuses, and generating reports to monitor workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clerical roles involving filing, data entry, or administrative support within auto or equipment dealership preferred
- Experience with financial software applications used for claims processing or accounting functions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills collaborating across departments.
