Northwest Designs specializes in on-site & online event specific apparel at some of the largest Youth and Collegiate Championships in the country. We setup and provide on site custom event apparel for our partners at over 3,000 youth and amateur events across the US annually. Today, Northwest Designs is the Exclusive Championship Merchandiser for the NFHS, 33 NFHS High School State Associations/Affiliate Associations, California Community College Athletic Association (CCCAA), and 8 NCAA Conferences as their exclusive event merchandiser.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to continue to manage assigned relationships with our customers/partners. The Account Coordinator ’s role is to reach out and reschedule assigned partnerships, answer questions for assigned customers/partners, and look to continue to book events year after year. This is a Full Time In Person Position in Bellevue, WA.

Objectives Will include, but not limited to:
- Relationship Development- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and serve as the lead point of contact for all customer questions and sales reports.
- Customer Renewal-Resign partnerships for future years after the event takes place.
- Management Skills--Must have great time management and organizational skills to be able to work with 200-300 customers on an annual basis.
- Relationship Building--It is imperative to create a genuine relationship with our partners by being honest, friendly, communicating on time and meeting all of their needs and expectations.
- Support--Be their to quickly answer questions or concerns when they arise.
- Report to the Director of Sales and offer support when requested.
- CRM Entry-- Will need to maintain data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software System to manage accounts efficiently.
- Optional Travel/Networking***--There is an opportunity to travel to the larger events that you have created a partnership with to expand on the relationship and possibly network for the future.
Desired Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in account support, customer service, sales support, event coordination, order management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and be genuinely friendly via email and over the phone
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and customer or order-management systems.
- Willingness and desire to learn and succeed
- Excellent verbal and written skills -- extremely proficient in both email & phone correspondences
- Strong follow-up skills and being persistent.
- An appreciation for being a team player and enjoy being in the sports industry
- Strong self-discipline and time management skills
- Detail-oriented in maintaining customer records in our CRM database (full training provided)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Proven work experience or similar role is a plus
- Prior experience working at a Sports Commission, National Governing Body, or as Event Director (Soccer, Hockey, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Track & Field, Wrestling, Swimming, Cheer, Gymnastics, etc) / youth sporting industry is a plus
