Key Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene services
- Capture high-quality diagnostic photographs
- Perform digital scanning when appropriate
- Identify and communicate clinical findings to doctors and patients
- Present and reinforce small treatment recommendations
- Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive services
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Support comprehensive treatment planning and patient education
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture
What We're Looking For
- Active Alabama Dental Hygiene license
- Experienced hygienists and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations with patients
- Comfortable with technology or excited to learn
- Experience with digital photography and scanning preferred but not required
- Growth-oriented and coachable
- Desire to continually learn and grow as dentistry and technology evolve
- Passion for helping patients improve their health and confidence
