On Target Title, LLC is a full-service title and closing company based in Orlando, serving real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and attorneys across Florida. We're growing our team and looking to add production capacity without losing the quality and speed our referral partners count on.
About the Role
You'll own files start to finish — title search and exam through closing, settlement, and disbursement — with the autonomy to run your pipeline your way and the volume to keep it interesting. Twelve months in, you'll have built (or transferred) a steady book of repeat referral business and be running a high-volume closing calendar with minimal oversight.
What You'll Do
- Own the full A-Z file lifecycle: title search/exam, commitment preparation, curative work, closing/settlement, and disbursement. Manage a high-volume closing calendar while maintaining accuracy and turnaround times referral partners can rely on. Build and maintain direct relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and attorneys. Communicate clearly and proactively with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout each transaction. Flag and resolve title issues before they become closing-day surprises.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Florida title insurance agent license in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience running files A-Z, not just one stage of the process.
- Comfort with high transaction volume and tight closing timelines.
- Strong communication skills with agents, lenders, and clients.
- Professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
Preferred:
- An existing, portable referral network of agents, brokers, or attorneys.
- Experience with E-Closing and/or Qualia.
Pay: $50,300.27 - $64,576.66 per year
