About the Role
Vineyard Windows is a replacement window company serving the Phoenix metro area. We're hiring Field Sales Representatives to introduce our products to homeowners and set appointments for our sales team. This is a field-based, outdoor role for self-motivated people who are comfortable working independently, meeting new people, and staying physically active throughout the day.
This is an independent contractor (1099), commission-based position.
What You'll Do
- Travel to assigned neighborhoods within your sales territory and speak with homeowners about Vineyard's replacement window products
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Work outdoors approximately 5 hours per day, on your feet for 5–6 hours
- Remain within your assigned territory for the duration of each shift
- Attend daily team training sessions
- Learn and deliver a structured introductory script accurately and consistently
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfort approaching and speaking with homeowners in person
- Ability to memorize and follow a detailed script
- Strong self-motivation and consistency, since pay is performance-based
- Professional, respectful, and reliable
Requirements
- A working personal vehicle and valid driver's license, as the role requires travel throughout the sales territory
- Ability to stand and walk for 5–6 hours per day
- Availability to attend daily training sessions
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
This is a commission-based (1099) position. Earnings are tied directly to the number of qualified appointments you set and their outcomes — there is no hourly wage or base salary. Representatives who consistently set more appointments earn more. We provide daily training and a proven script to support your success.
Schedule
- Field shifts of approximately 5 hours per day, on a flexible schedule
- Daily training attendance required
Pay: $750.00 - $4,500.00 per week
