Integrated Allied Medical Group consist of physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners who provide quality patient care to address patient's needs through home visit or telemedicine. You will travel within your designated regions to see our patients.
Must be have an active NP/PA license and certification.
Experience with homebound patients care. We are willing to train if you have no experience.
Responsibilities
- Travel within your designated area to see our patients
- Perform physical assessment and medication reconciliations
- Educate patients and their family members on safety precautions and interventions necessary with the disease process
- Refer disciplines, specialties and lab works as needed
- Follow-up with your patients
- Work at the comfort of your own time
Requirements
- College diploma
- Board or AANP certification
- License
- DEA license
- Driver's license
- CPR card
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
