About the Role
You'll oversee projects from the first customer meeting through the final inspection. Your experience will guide every stage of the process—estimating, planning, scheduling, purchasing, coordinating crews, maintaining quality, and ensuring every installation reflects the high standards our customers expect.
This role places a premium on judgment, organization, communication, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Estimating & Project Planning
- Meet with customers and perform site evaluations
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
- Review drawings and specifications
- Develop project plans and installation strategies
- Anticipate field challenges before work begins
Project Management
- Schedule crews and coordinate labor
- Order materials and verify deliveries
- Track project costs and profitability
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
- Coordinate inspections and project closeout
Technical Leadership
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and local requirements
- Provide guidance and support to field electricians
- Troubleshoot difficult installations and unusual conditions
- Review completed work for quality and workmanship
Team Development
We're looking for someone who enjoys sharing knowledge.
Your experience can help develop the next generation of electricians by answering questions, explaining why things are done a certain way, and helping younger team members become confident professionals.
Qualifications
- Extensive electrical experience in residential and light commercial work
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- Experience estimating electrical projects
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with customers, inspectors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Valid driver's license
Experience with generators, service upgrades, standby power systems, and permitting is highly valued.

Pay: $35.31 - $42.53 per hour
