Our corporate office in Buffalo, NY is looking for an experienced IT Operations Coordinator.
The IT Operations Coordinator will assist our 33 branches by:

Provisioning new iPhones and iPads for new hires

Enrolling and managing iDevices on Microsoft InTune MDM

Managing our Verizon Wireless account and iDevice recycling

DocuWare license management and form building
-
Physically inventorying our IT hardware assets in our ERP platform

Administering our Granite VoIP system and all VoIP support issues

Working with our printer vendor for support issues and keeping toner stock updated

Configuring ADP Time Clocks for new branches
