Schedule (CNA/HHA)
- Weekends, Weekdays, PRN, Flexible
- ⚠ Weekend availability is a condition of employment for this role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Prepare meals, provide companionship, offer medication reminders, and assist with light housekeeping
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of services provided
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the BrightStar Care team to ensure exceptional continuity of care
- Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence during every visit
- Deliver care that reflects BrightStar Care's commitment to a higher standard of home care services
Requirements for CNA's and HHA's
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate (HHA applicants must possess a valid 75-hour Home Health Aide certificate)
- Current CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the United States
