We are looking for a strong Event Coordinator / Team Lead who can help lead events, organize teams, solve problems in real time, and help create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily events and parties
- Lead staff during workshops and busy event days
- Ensure customers have an incredible experience
- Help manage scheduling, setup, and operations
- Keep events running smoothly and on time
- Support team communication and morale
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Help maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the studio
- Assist with training and onboarding team members
- Jump into fast-moving situations confidently and professionally
Qualifications
