We are looking for a tire technician driver who is able to work Monday through Saturday and Sundays as needed.
A Tire Technician Driver combines tire technician duties with the responsibilities of operating a company vehicle, typically a mobile tire service truck. This involves inspecting, repairing, and replacing tires at customer locations, as well as maintaining the service vehicle.
Tire Technician Responsibilities:
- Tire Inspection and Repair:
Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation. Repair punctures, leaks, and other tire issues.
- Tire Mounting and Balancing:
Install, balance, and align tires, ensuring proper fit and optimal performance.
Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and explaining tire maintenance needs.
Follow safety protocols and procedures when operating equipment and performing tasks.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer information.
Driver Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Operation: Drive a company vehicle, typically a mobile tire service truck, to and from job sites.
- Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to and from customer locations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as checking fluids and tires.
- Safety: Drive safely and defensively, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
